Getting help
aPriori provides several different types of training and eLearning courses. For more information, please contact aPriori Support or Professional Services.
You can also get help from the aPriori Help menu. Select:
• Help Contents to display the aPriori documentation set in a web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Internet Explorer 8 through 11).
• The default language for the online aPriori Professional documentation set is English. Translated subsets of the documentation are also available online. For more information, see
Setting a language for the aPriori Professional online Help documentation. • View License to display the license expiration date as well as the processes, cost connectors, and features included in your license.
• Explore Logs Directory to display the logs folder in your aPriori installation directory. If you report an issue to aPriori Support, they may request the information in these files to help diagnose the problem.
Note: aPriori logs could contain unfiltered strings that have been entered by a user. To avoid the possibility of a cross-site scripting attack you should avoid using a browser-based utility to review logs. Instead, use a basic text editor such as Notepad.
• aPriori Support to log into the aPriori Support site.
• About aPriori to display the version number and copyright information.
