Platform and CAD Support
aP Pro 2024 R1 provides updated support for various database and operating systems, as described below. aPriori 2024 R1 also provides certified support for recent versions of various CAD formats and provides compatible Cost-in-aPriori plug-ins to integrate a supported CAD system with either aP Pro (for aPriori on-premise deployments) or aP Design (for aPriori Cloud deployments).

If your company is planning to upgrade to a CAD, database, or operating system version that is NOT listed in the System Requirements, contact aPriori Customer Support.
Database Support
Support for SQL Server 2019 Standard Edition and De-Support for SQL Server 2014
aPriori added support for SQL Server 2019 but has discontinued support for SQL Server 2014, which will reach end of life in July 2024.
aPriori 2024 R1 supports SQL Server 2019 (as well as SQL Server 2017 and 2016 which were supported previously). While it is expected that aPriori will continue to work properly with SQL Server 2014, aPriori no longer will test with this database version and reserves the right to decline to investigate or address issues which are apparent only in this version.
De-Support for MySQL 5.7
aPriori no longer officially supports MySQL 5.7, which reached end of life in October 2023.

Operating Systems
De-Support for Windows Server 2012
Windows Server 2012 reached Microsoft’s stated End of Support on October 10, 2023. aPriori no longer officially supports Windows Server 2012.
While it is expected that aPriori will continue to run properly on Windows Server 2012, aPriori will no longer test on this operating system version and reserves the right to decline to investigate or address issues which are apparent only in this version.
