For aPriori Cloud customers, upgrades are handled by aPriori personnel.
On-Premise customers can upgrade directly to aP Pro 2026 R1 HF1 from the following releases or from any of their hot fixes:

2025 R1 SP1

2025 R1 SP2

2025 R1 SP3
Customers are advised to upgrade directly to the hot fix version (2026 R1 HF1) of the current release rather than the initial 2026 R1 release. (The hot fix version fixes an intermittent issue in which exports from the aPriori operational database to the reporting database did not successfully complete.)
Database migration is required when upgrading to aPriori 2026 R1 HF1 from any earlier release.
Use the procedures in the 2026 R1 version of the aP Pro Installation Guide. Be aware that when upgrading to aPriori 2026 R1 HF1 from an earlier release, you must create a super-user account in your current release prior to beginning the upgrade.
