Download Data¶
You can download data for each display element in the dashboard, or for the entire dashboard.

Select the control on a dashboard section/element, and click Download data:

Select a file format and any additional options in the Download window

Click to download the selected data
Download Options¶
Format¶
Data can be downloaded in the following file formats:
TXT, Excel, CSV, JSON, HTML, Markdown or PNG.
Advanced data options¶

Results
Determines whether the download reflects any visualization settings applied in the dashboard.

With visualizations options applied: Reflect any customizations done in the dashboard visualization in the download format, such as re-labeling columns, hiding totals or adding conditional formatting.

As displayed on the data table: Avoid reflecting visualization customizations in the download. (No re-labeled columns or row numbers).

Data Values
Controls how values appear in the downloaded file.
- Formatted(default): Default option, export with values formated in the download
- Unformatted: Values are exported without formatting, no rounding or special characters

Number of rows to include
- Current result table: Downloads the rows currently shown in the table.
- All results: Downloads all rows returned by the query.
- Custom: Specify a custom number of rows.
