Introduction

The Design Value Dashboard is part of aPriori's Value Tracking product suite, and enables project leaders to see how design teams use aPriori to help cost optimization, profitability improvement, and time-to-market.

New Product Introduction (NPI) Value

The Design Value Dashboard clearly displays quantitative data showing your return on investment in your New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, to help you quantify and communicate the value that aPriori delivers in these programs.

Existing value

To show value on existing programs, you can use existing purchasing / production data, showing the realized savings already made. For NPI programs, you will not initially have this data, so the Design Value Dashboard fills this gap.
