Users by Group

This displays the share of users contributing to final design iterations by department. Use this chart to see where design activity and value creation are concentrated in your organization.

This answers the question "How is aPriori being used today and how is that usage impacting value from aPriori?"

You can use this information to:

• Demonstrate that greater use provides more value
• Identify outlier groups to analyze further for more detailed outlier reduction and correct areas with groups that are showing low use or value
• Take lessons learned and apply them to new groups
• Take corrective action to improve utilization and value generation for user groups with aPriori in the case where aPriori is not having the expected impact

This data requires Department to be set in each user's Profile. See Updating and Adding Users

• Groups are shown as a percentage of total
• Ungrouped users appear as Other
• The view is sorted by descending number of members
• Currently, there are a maximum of 50 groups
