Known Issues and Workarounds

aP Workspace 1.0.0 contains these identified issues, all of which have been resolved by aP Workspace 1.0.1. For more information, see Issues Resolved.

• Issue when user removes themselves from a Scenario when they have discussions assigned to them – Users must unassign discussion threads before they remove themselves from a scenario.
• Issue when user has discussions on a scenario shared with them that they don't have access to – The Messages page does not load any messages for a user if there is a scenario that is the user does not have access control permission for. Workaround To load the messages, a user that has access to the scenario must remove the user from the share window.
• Issue with unread messages showing up when a user has been removed from a scenario – After removing themselves from a scenario, a user still sees unread comments on discussions that were created at the time the user removed themselves. There is no workaround for this issue, however, there is also no impact on functionality.
