Issues Resolved

Issues in prior releases are resolved by these enhancements in aP Workspace 1.0.1.

  • Automatic unassignment of deleted messages – Easily remove yourself from a shared scenario even if a deleted message for the scenario had been assigned to you. Previously, if you attempted to remove yourself from a scenario that had a message that was assigned to you and deleted, an error that prevented you from removing yourself was generated. Before you could remove yourself, the message had to be undeleted, unassigned, and then deleted again. Now when a message that you are assigned to you is deleted, it is automatically unassigned so you can easily remove yourself from the scenario without generating an error.
  • Automatic removal of messages for scenarios that you are no longer collaborating on – Previously, even if you removed yourself from a shared scenario, messages for the scenario continued to display on your messages page and new messages for the scenario displayed as unread. Now, when you remove yourself from a scenario, on your messages page, pre-existing messages for the scenario are deleted and new messages for the scenario do not appear.
  • Hiding of messages for scenarios that you cannot access – Previously, an error was generated when you were assigned a message for a scenario that you did not have permission to access. The error prevented your messages page from loading. Now because any such messages are hidden, your messages page loads even if a message for a scenario that you cannot access is assigned to you.
  • Updates to resolved messages now show specific error to user – Resolved aP Workspace messages cannot be updated because they are locked. Previously, if you tried to update a resolved message, an error was generated and this message was displayed: “Internal Server Error.” The error message has been updated to better convey the cause of the error. Now, if you try to update a resolved message, this error message is displayed: “User cannot update a resolved discussion.”
