Known Issues and Workarounds

The 1.1.0 release of aP Workspace contains these identified issues:

  • Assignee Dropdown is Misaligned Immediately After Message Creation – After creating a message, if you try to assign it to another user, the user dropdown appears on the left side of the screen rather than on the right side. The issue does not occur after the page has been refreshed or accessed via a link in a notification email. Workarounds Either:
  • Assign the message using the drop down on the left of the screen
  • Refresh the page and try to assign the message again.
  • A Scenario Can Be Shared with a Maximum of 10 Users at Once – If you try to share a scenario with more than 10 users, only the first 10 will be included in the project. Workaround To share a scenario with more than 10 users, share it with them in increments of 10. There is no limit to the number of users that can be in a project.
