Explore the Messages Page

When you open aP Workspace, the Messages page appears by default. The page displays all messages across your collaborations, sorted by the most recent.

Filter Messages

Initially, the Messages page shows unread messages. Click the Unread button to toggle between unread and all messages:

Click the Filter button to view the following additional filters:

  • Assigned To: displays messages assigned to you.
  • Status: filters messages based on their resolution status (resolved, unresolved, or both).
  • Mentions: shows messages where you are mentioned across collaborations.

Assign and Resolve Messages

To assign a message, click the More actions icon (three vertical dots) and select Assign to:

To resolve messages, click either the Subject or Attribute fields in the message to open the Parts & Assemblies page and click the Resolve Comment button in the Comments panel:

Open Scenarios

Click the Subject or Attribute fields in the message to open the corresponding scenario on the Parts & Assemblies page.
