Mold Burnout Options
Mold Burnout provides the following options:
Burnout Furnace Soak Time
By default, burnout furnace soak time is looked up by the number of shell layers in the lookup table
tblMoldBurnoutSoakTime. The number of shell layers is the total number of dip cycles used to create the shell— see
Primary Slurry Dipping Feasibility and
Secondary Slurry Dipping Feasibility. With this setup option, users can override the default soak time on a per-part basis.

Number of Trees in Burnout Furnace
By default, the number of trees that can fit in the furnace is determined as described in
Mold Burnout Machine Selection. With this setup option, users can override the default on a per-part basis.
