Tooling Calculations Overview

The high-level hard tooling formula for Sheet Plastic is as follows:

Hard Tooling = Total Tool Material Labor & Misc Services Cost + SGandA + Mark Up

Hard tooling costs are the sum of three overall costs:

  1. Total Tool Material Labor and Misc Services Cost

  2. SGandA Cost (Selling, General, and Administrative Cost)

  3. Mark Up Cost
