Restricting User Edits in System Administration screen (for aPriori Cloud Customers)
With the release of aP Pro 2025 R1 SP2, customers using aPriori’s cloud solutions can no longer edit certain fields within the User Table in the System Administrator module. Customers using aP Pro on-premise are not affected by these restrictions and can continue to add and edit Users as in previous releases.
The restricted fields include Login ID, Full Name, Last Name, First Name, Email, Department, User License, System Admin, and Provenance.
For cloud customers, these fields should instead be populated by using the aPriori Cloud User Management service. For more information, see Using Self-Service User Management in the aPriori Cloud User Management Guide.
