Designs Table

The Designs table lists individual designs with unrecognized savings potential. Use it to review designs, open them in aP Design for detailed analysis, and add them to a project.

The table is sorted by Cost Optimization (largest to smallest) on initial load. Click any column header to re-sort.

The table shows up to 5,000 rows. If your dataset contains more designs, apply filters to narrow the results.

Open a Design in aP Design

Click the design name in the Designs column to open that design in aP Design. This allows you to review the costing scenarios and understand the source of the potential savings.

Add a Design to a Project

Adding a design to a project means it will appear in the Value Realization Dashboard and will no longer appear in Value Discovery.

To add a design to a project:

  1. In the Action column, click Add to Project for the design you want to add.
  2. The Add to Project dialog opens in aP Design.
  3. Select or create a project, then confirm.

Filter the table

Use filters to narrow the list before reviewing designs. Filtering by Process Group, Material Type, or Optimization Range helps you focus on the highest-value designs for a specific area.
