Obtain a Signed Certificate

If you enable certificate-based authentication (mTLS) for a Connector, you must obtain a signed certificate before installing the Agent.

To obtain a signed certificate:

1. Generate a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) and private key using your organization's standard process.
2. Open a support request with aPriori Support and provide the CSR.
3. aPriori returns a signed certificate.
4. During Agent installation, provide the signed certificate and private key files when prompted.
