Edit Costing Service Settings

You can edit the costing service settings at any time but doing so can affect the costing input values that Workflows use.

Notes

• Mapping rules and Connector defined aP Connect to PLM Field mappings take precedence over Costing Service Settings. The Costing Service Settings take precedence over Digital Factory defaults.
• Changes to default settings apply to all Workflows.

Edit the Costing Service Settings:

1. In the aP Connect header bar, click Settings. The Costing Service Settings window opens.

2. Update values or options for any of these settings:

   • Scenario Name

   • Process Group

   • Digital Factory

   • Batch Size

   • Material

   • Annual Volume

   • Production Life

   • Extract Tolerances from CAD file.

     Notes

     • You cannot specify a default value for the Costing Service Material setting in this release of aP Connect.

     • To clear a value for a dropdown input, expand the dropdown menu and reselect the value.

3. Click Save
