Enhanced In-App Guidance for New and Intermediate Users

Cost Insight Design (CID) Release Notes 2021 R1 SP1

The interactive guidance in Cost Insight Design covers additional process groups and has new messages and improved formatting.

In-App Guidance now welcomes and points new users to tools and resources that help them get to work quickly in Cost Insight Design.

The In-App Guidance, which is always just a click away, includes guided walk throughs for common workflows, downloadable training parts, quick read cheat sheets and tutorials, information on process groups and design standards, and a search field for content in aPriori Customer Support.

To access In-App Guidance, which includes additional information for a variety of process groups this release, in the bottom right corner of Cost Insight Design, click the Knowledge Hub icon.

If the Knowledge Hub icon is not visible, refresh and resize Cost Insight Design in your browser window.

The In-App Guidance opens to the Resources tab, which provides training parts and helps new and returning users get started in Cost Insight Design.
