Review Results

After you analyze a scenario, you can review results, then decide on any actions to take to achieve better outcomes for your design:

You can review scenario information for the following areas:

  • Design Guidance: design issues and requirements that can decrease manufacturability and increase cost. See Review Design Guidance.
  • Material & Process: the process routing, manufacturing time, mass and material utilization of a component. See Review Materials and Process.
  • Components (assemblies only): summary information about the components in an assembly. See Review Components.
  • Sustainability: information about the carbon emissions for the manufacturing of a component. See Review Sustainability.
  • Cost Results: information about the costs involved in the manufacturing of the part or assembly component. See Review Cost Results.

You can explore details by clicking the OPEN button on the relevant summary tile.

In addition, you can:

  • Use scenario previews to see an interactive Cost Breakdown chart and a summary of the Cost Results data. See Preview a Scenario.
  • Generate reports to share with others in your team for review. See Generate Reports.
