Import and Update CAD Files

In aP Design, importing a CAD file creates a new Component and an initial Scenario, ready for analysis:

• Import CAD Files.

You can also update the CAD file of an existing Component:

• Update a CAD File.
• Update a CAD File in the Assembly Explorer.
