Increased Inactivity Time Before Automatic Log Out

Cost Insight Design (CID) Release Notes 2021 R1 SP1

To allow users to take more time between actions in Cost Insight Design, the inactivity duration threshold for automatic log-out has been increased from 10 minutes to two hours.

In prior releases, if you were not active in a Cost Insight Design session for 10 minutes, the Your session is about to expire! window opened in your browser. If you did not respond to the Your session is about to expire! window, you were automatically logged out of Cost Insight Design.

Now, the permissible inactivity time is longer because the automatic log-out duration threshold has been increased from 10 minutes to two hours.
