Enabling Scenario Export through AC Settings

The default setting for access control is off. You can configure the access control settings during installation using the installer setup wizard. Alternatively, an administrator can invoke a command line script that turns access control on after installation is completed.

When access control is off, the scenario export service does not populate the user_to_scenario table and OOB reports and ad hoc views do not enforce access control through their queries.

When access control is turned on, the computational cost for scenario exports may slightly degrade performance.
