About the Release Notes¶
Cost Insight Report and Cost Insight Admin are available for both aPriori On-Premise and aPriori Cloud environments.
For aPriori Cloud installations, Cost Insight Admin provides Scenario and System Export utilities to support Cost Insight Report. These products are installed and supported by aPriori Cloud personnel.
For aPriori On-Premise installations, Cost Insight Admin also provides optional synchronization utilities to help you coordinate geographically dispersed groups. For On-Premise, these products are delivered and installed locally within a framework called Enterprise Platform, as described in the Enterprise Platform Installation Guide.
These release notes pertain to these product modules:

Compatibility¶
aPriori Cloud products are compatible only with other Cloud products. You cannot, for example, use a Cloud installation of Cost Insight Admin to export data from an On-Premise installation of aPriori Professional and use it with a Cloud version of Cost Insight Report.
aPriori On-Premise products are compatible only with other On-Premise products. For example, if you have an On-Premise installation of aPriori Professional, you cannot use it with Cloud versions of Cost Insight Admin or Cost Insight Report.
Within these environment constraints, 2021 R1 SP2 versions, of Cost Insight Report and Cost Insight Admin (or their Hot Fix updates) are compatible only with aPriori Professional 2021 R1 SP2 (or its Hot Fix updates). They are not compatible with any prior release of aPriori Professional. The most up-to-date compatibility information is always available in the current System Requirements document on the aPriori Support Help Center.
