These “Known Issues” from prior releases have been resolved in Cost Insight Report or Cost Insight Admin Release 2021 R1.

Ad-Hoc view toolbar dropdown menus did not work in Firefox browsers.
Prior to this fix, due to a JasperReports issue, in a Firefox browser, you could not select the report visualization type (for example, crosstab, table, or chart) from the toolbar dropdown menu. This issue is fixed in the Jaspersoft version 7.9, which is used for Cost Insight Report 21.1.
There is no longer toolbar dropdown menu that includes the visualization types. Instead, to select the visualization type:

After saving or copying, 19.2 domain produced incorrect results in Ad Hoc reports
Prior to this fix, an error in Ad Hoc reporting resulted in the generation of incorrect SQL code. A setting that suppresses circular joins in the ad hoc tool resolves this issue.

Filter and sort did not work for Costing-Time fields in the Operational Database for Ad Hoc reports.
Prior to this fix, in the Ad Hoc reporting tool, in the Operational Database Domain, you could not sort or filter on costing-time fields, such as costing start time, costing end time, and costing submit time.

SQL Server Only - Input Controls Settings for Assembly Details Reports no longer missing
Prior to this fix, if your database is a SQL Server database, for Assembly Details reports, the control settings were missing from the Input Controls window. Therefore, you could not create or configure an Assembly Details report.
