aPriori On-Premise customers, can upgrade directly to 2021 R1 SP2 from all variants of 2020 R1 and 2021 R1.

Follow the procedures in the 2021 R1 SP2 Enterprise Platform Installation Guide. Only run the DBA upgrade scripts for your existing installation. You cannot upgrade directly from a release that is older than 2020 R1. If your current installation predates release 2020 R1, to ensure that your upgrade procedure goes smoothly, you must work with aPriori Customer Support.
