-
Rollup Name missing from dropdown menu for Upgrade Comparison and Upgrade Part Comparison export sets.
When you are configuring the input controls for an Upgrade Comparison or Upgrade Part Comparison export set, if you select the export set very quickly, the API does not populate the rollup dropdown menu.
Workarounds:
- Wait a few seconds to select the Upgrade Comparison or Upgrade Part Comparison export set.
-
Cost Insight Report superuser password reverts to default after migration to aPriori Enterprise Server Platform 20.1.0.0.
When you migrate to a new version of Cost Insight Report, the JasperReports Server superuser account password reverts to the default value. As a best practice, change the superuser password to either the password that you used before the migration or to a new password (recommended).
For information about the default superuser password, contact aPriori Customer Support.
-
An issue with Chrome prevents you from downloading exported PDFs.
Due to a problem with the Chrome browser, attempts to download exported PDF reports result in the error: “Failed - Network error”
Workarounds:
- Use a different browser.
- Use Print and Save as: PDF.
- Use Google’s recommended workaround: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/6213030?hl=en-GB
-
The LastPass password manager prevents all browsers from exporting any CI Report to any file extension.
After you attempt to export a report, the browser opens a new tab for the CI Reporting login page and then, after you log in, proceeds to the CI reporting home screen. This issue is caused by the LastPass script which is appended to the page and executed on an export form submission.
Workarounds:
- Firefox -- Start Firefox in Safe Mode https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode.
- Chrome -- Open Chrome in Incognito mode https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en
