Import Multiple Digital Factories

This option is particularly useful when importing updated Regional Data Libraries (RDLs), or when importing backup Digital Factory files.

Note:

The process below assumes that your installation has enabled import for multiple Digital Factories.

1. Select File > Import > Import Multiple Digital Factories... from the aPriori Digital Factory Toolset or aPriori Digital Factory Manager menu bar to display the Import Multiple Digital Factories window.
2. Navigate to the folder that contains the Digital Factories to import.
3. Select the files that contain the Digital Factories that you want to import by using Ctrl+click.
4. Click OK.
5. In the Import Multiple Digital Factories confirmation window, click OK.

Import RDLs (Regional Data Libraries)

You can use the Import Multiple Digital Factories... command to import RDLs.

RDLs contain region-specific information for machines, materials, and other economic data, to provide the data for your digital factory. See our RDL Data Sheet for more details.

aPriori provides quarterly updates to RDLs.

Note:

aPriori recommends notifying users when the update will take place, as updates are effective immediately, and users may notice cost differences afterward.
