Cost Model Changes that don't Affect Configured Digital Factories

The following changes do not affect costings with Digital Factories that use earlier cost model versions. The changes are available only in the latest cost model version (CMV350).

  • Part Setups: aPriori now ensures that parts made on 4-Axis Mill machines always have two setups and to ensure that GCDs are assigned to the primary rotational setup when feasible. Previously, for some parts, aPriori identified only a single setup. Note: due to a known issue, the second setup is sometimes incorrectly labeled as the Primary setup instead of the Secondary Rotational setup.
