Ability to Update User Login IDs

For customers using on-premise aP Pro, aPriori 2026 R1 SP2 enables administrators to update a user's Login ID or email address through the System Admin Toolset without affecting the user's historical activity, permissions, or data associations. When an administrator edits either field, the system stores a custom alias that becomes the user's new effective identity for both display and authentication, while preserving the original internal identifier for audit trails, LDAP bindings, and database integrity.

This change allows users to update their details in the case of a change to their name or a change to their company's email address.

After an update, users must sign in with their new Login ID. A clear message is shown if they attempt to use their previous credentials, indicating that their Login ID has changed.
