Enabling aP Admin scenario export privileges

You can enable aP Admin Scenario privileges by using the loadUserGroupAssociations.cmd command

By default, only users that are included in the aP Pro system administrators’ group have privileges for exporting scenarios by using aP Admin. To grant scenario export privileges to users that are not aP Pros System Administrators, aPriori System Administrators can create a custom group for Scenario Export Admin users and then assign users to the group.

This example shows how to export a spreadsheet file that contains aP Pro user group associations by using the System Admin Toolset, then update the group associations in the file for selected users, and finally, import the user group associations by using the loadUserGroupAssociations.cmd command.

Prerequisites

Create a custom group for Scenario Export Admin users. For example create a custom group by creating a worksheet named scenario_export_administrators in the User Group Associations spreadsheet. For more information, see Using import and export for Access Control.

Requirements

To export user group associations by using the aP Pro System Admin Toolset, you must be a member of the Super Users group.
